In accordance with the provisions of the 'Management Measures for the Recognition of High-tech Enterprises' (National Science and Technology Development [2016] No. 32), the 'Guidelines for the Management of Recognition of High-tech Enterprises' (National Science and Technology Development [2016] No. 195), and the 'Implementation Measures for the Management of Recognition of High-tech Enterprises in Shanghai' (Hu Kehe [2021] No. 21), the Shanghai High-tech Enterprise Recognition Office announced on October 12, 2023, the list of the second batch of proposed high-tech enterprises in Shanghai for the year 2023 that meet the recognition criteria (see attachment), and our company has successfully passed the high-tech enterprise certification.

      Shanghai Curui Low Carbon Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2017, jointly initiated by the Shanghai Songjiang District Government and the Shanghai Advanced Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. As the carrier of the low-carbon technology innovation platform, one of the first 18 functional platforms in Shanghai, it is an essential component of the 'four beams and eight pillars' of the construction of the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center, focusing on institutional and mechanism reform and low-carbon industrial technology services.
